To coincide with the General Election in the UK, the Nicholson’s chain of pubs in England launched their alternative polling stations where you can vote with your throat.
Pub’s managed by Nicholson’s have appointed Fuller’s London Pride, the official election ale, available on three different coloured taps. Depending on which one you choose; the pub’s swing-o-meter will record how each party is doing in each pub. It’s easy to take part all you have to do is: If voting Labour, choose the red tap sporting the face of Gordon Brown If voting Conservative, choose the blue tap sporting the face of David Cameron If voting Liberal Democrat, choose the yellow tap sporting the face of Nick Clegg It doesn’t matter where your allegiance lies, just come down to your local Nicholson’s pub and cask your vote! Weekly updates are being posted on www.nicholsonspubs.co.uk to indicate which party is leading the drinking polls.

So whatever you choose, red blue or yellow, you still get the same thing? Satire with suds! Genius!
