Just saw a story on CNN that a moderate amount of alcohol may help lower the risk of dementia. According to a new research at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, moderate consumption of alcohol (8 to 14 drinks a week) resulted in an average of 37% reduction in risk of developing dementia compared to folks who didn’t drink at all.
Apparently, any type of alcohol will do. And they defined 1 drink as – 12oz beer; 5oz wine or 1oz of whisky.
Can’t dispute this, it’s all based on facts.

Looks like i have to continue my daily DRINKING!
